The Tackle Cancer Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to families who have children fighting all forms of cancer and adults diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, a cancer of the bone marrow.   Tackle Cancer Foundation covers the cost of medical expenses, utility bills and insurance premiums.  Payments are made directly to the service provider on behalf of the family.

The Tackle Cancer Foundation is grateful for all the support we get from Individual Donors, Volunteers, and Corporate Sponsorships. These contributions have allowed for ongoing growth in performing the vitally needed assistance.

Captain Level   $5,000 Sponsor 2 families/patients per year for 3 years
Coach Level     $7,500 Sponsor 3 families/patients per year for 3 years
GM Level         $10,000 Sponsor 4 families/patients per year for 3 years
